.: THE 2006 JUNCEDA’s ILLUSTRATION PRIZE FOR A COMBEL’s COLLECTION

The Asociación Profesional de Ilustración de Catalunya (APIC) awarded the Junceda prize 2006 for the Non-fiction children book category to the illustrator Xavier Salomó, for The sounds of… series, published by Combel Editorial in 2005.

The jury was formed by five members: two illustrators, awarded in previous editions of the prize, and three personalities of the visual communication world. One APIC representative completed the jury participating with no vote. The goal of Junceda prizes is to award and to make known illustration in all its areas of application.
